Special Issue for the XXVIII Olympiad of AThens 2004

This series of 2 commemorative medals created by the Hellenic Olympic Committee in honour of the XXVIII Olympiad of Athens and

is strictly limited issue (1500 pieces).

With C.O.A. and Original Box.

The one side of each medal is based on medals of the first Olympic Games in 1896. The one of  the medals that was the commemorative depicts Goddess Athena with the eagle of Zeus with the Parthenon in the Background while the other one represents Zeus holding Nike in his right hand. The back side of both medals imprints the emblem of the H.O.C.
