These medals were issued by the Hellenic Olympic Committee in Honour of the XVIII Winter Olympic Games of Nagano.

Is a strictly Limited issue and accompanied by enumerated certificate. The miniaturized relief comes from a  motive relief base. The contest of apobates. The original marble relief can be found in the Acropolis Museum in Athens. Dated from the beginning of the 3rd B.C. Century

As the inscription notes, it symbolises the road of Athens to the 2004 Olympic Games
