This commemorative medal is coined by the Hellenic Olympic Commitee on the occasion of the Lighting of the Olympic Flame and the Torch-Relay 10-20/5/2000 for the XXVII Olympic Games Sydney 2000.
On the main side, two torch bearers of the ancient Times are depicted and on the back one the Olympic Torch is engraved with the inscription “HELLENIC OLYMPIC COMMITTEE – OLYMPIA-ATHENS-SYDNEY 2000”
